The College of DuPage and Carol Stream Public Library will offer FREE English Language Learning classes at the library.

Got boogie fever? Want to shake a tail feather? Students will learn dance fundamentals, work on their musicality and rhythm, and use their imagination through creative movement with an instructor from Flourish Dance Academy.

Head to the Library and test your creative skills as you makeover your very own mannequin! We will have styrofoam heads to decorate with paint and other art supplies. 

Grades: K-2

(7-week course): Introduces the components of a computer, how to use a mouse, and Windows desktop, introduction to applications, files and folders, email, attaching documents and using the Internet. Prerequisite: none.

An interactive storytime that pairs themed and social-emotional learning books with movement and mindfulness. Practice yoga poses, play with active songs, and have some mindful moments for focus and relaxation.

Yoga's a great way to experience movement and relaxation at your own pace, so join us for themed kids poses, active games and breathing and mindfulness breaks. For grades 1-5.
