As we enter the New Year, we have an opportunity to look back at the things we want to continue to experience and those that we don’t. Presenter Umesh Bhatia will lead an interactive workshop where we will learn and practice techniques to reduce stress, and bring joy, peace, positivity and relaxation into your daily routine.

You are welcome to come to both parts of this series which continues on January 16th, or just come to one session.
