Movie Night Binge Box (All ages)

Why should books have all the fun? For the month of May, sign up to get a Movie Night Binge Box! Inside the box are DVDs hand-selected for you by our librarians, plus treats. Please answer the questions regarding your preferences, allow us a little extra time to get your request filled, and we will notify you when your Movie Night Binge Box is ready for pickup. (Please note: If you're registering in April, Boxes will be ready for pickup in May.) 

Please let us know if you would prefer to receive no edible treats or if you have any dietary restrictions.

This request form is for Carol Stream Public Library cardholders of all ages. Please be sure to indicate your age range to receive movies for adults, youth, or teen.
