Introducing a new monthly series for adults, Meditation Together invites you to explore fun and simple relaxation techniques with your friends and neighbors.
This month, we welcome the founder of A-Z Mindfulness, Lani Gerszonovicz, who will guide us through a body scan process where you'll focus on your breathing and body to deeply relax and reduce stress. The Library will provide chair seating. If you choose to lie down in the carpeted room, please bring a yoga mat, pillow, blanket, or eye pillow.
