Introducing a new monthly series for adults, Meditation Together invites you to explore fun and simple relaxation techniques with your friends and neighbors.
This month, we welcome Chopra certified Meditation Instructor Julie Hardwick, who will demonstrate how to use meditation as an antidote for stress and how to find some calm amidst the busyness of life. Julie will then lead us through a group meditation. The Library will provide chair seating- no special equipment required!
