Carol Stream Public Library is hosting a book discussion on The War for Kindness: Building Empathy in a Fractured World by Dr. Jamil Zaki. CSPL's discussion will be hosted by library staff without the author: Mon, Sep 12 @ 6:30 - 8:00 pm. in anticipation of Dr. Zaki's presentation in the Glenbard Parent Series - Fall Community Read zoom event: Wed, Sep 14 @ 7:00- 8:00 pm.

To register for Monday's library event, fill out the form at the bottom of this page. After registering, you can reserve a copy of  The War for Kindness at the Adult Services desk. We will also email you a link to the Zoom meeting. Participants must have a phone, tablet or laptop in order to participate.
