Schedules and routines have been interrupted and living with change has become the norm. Join us for an interactive workshop by Intentional Energy 3 as we discover the steps to bringing a balance of mind, body, and spirit back into your life. You will leave this evening with activities that you can use to keep balance in your daily life.
