Event Details
Practicing chair yoga can improve your flexibility, balance, and overall well-being. In this accessible class for all levels, we will experience a range of motion using the chair for support. Please plan to sit in a sturdy chair that preferably allows you to place your feet flat on the floor. Position your chair so that you will be comfortably facing your screen.
