Program Description

Event Details

Join instructor Isabel Raci, C-IAYT, for a gentle session of guided meditation and chair yoga. The class will start and finish with a quiet time, and include breathing, moving, and standing balance exercises. In this class, you will be a viewer only: you will not be on camera, and your audio will be muted.

To participate, you will need a sturdy, armless chair. Please wear comfortable clothes that allow for movement, and bare feet or gym shoes. (Socks may be slippery for standing movements.) Optionally, you may use a yoga mat under your chair, a thick beach or bath towel, and a yoga strap or scarf.

When you register for this event, we will email you a link to a Zoom meeting. Participants must have a Zoom account and a phone, tablet or laptop in order to participate. If you need any help, please send us an email at cstream@cslibrary.org.
