Event Details
Registration for CSPL cardholders age 16+ will open on April 1. You are welcome to register yourself and one guest at that time.
Chef Cherise will guide attendees as they learn the steps of yeast bread production. Each participant will end up with the knowledge of how to make a great loaf of bread and will leave with dough, in the fermentation stage, which will be ready to take home, shape, and bake in their home kitchen.
Please note: participants must bring their own mixing bowl, a mixing spoon, and a liquid measuring cup!
