Registration will open for CSPL cardholders age 16+ on February 1. You are welcome to register yourself and one guest at that time.
Learn the techniques for making a delicious pie crust and the many ways it can be used. Chef Cherise will cover mixing methods, rolling, shaping, blind baking, filling and decorating a pie. In addition to traditional pie, Chef Cherise will explain how to use a pie crust to make quiche, crostata, and hand pies. Enjoy a bite sized sample of baked fruit pie and pie “cookies."
