Registration will open for CSPL cardholders age 16+ on February 1.  You are welcome to register yourself and one guest at that time.

Learn the techniques for making a delicious pie crust and the many ways it can be‬ used. Chef Cherise will cover mixing methods, rolling, shaping, blind baking,‬ filling and decorating a pie. In addition to traditional pie, Chef Cherise will explain how to use‭ a pie crust to make quiche, crostata, and hand pies. Enjoy a bite sized sample of‬ baked fruit pie and pie “cookies."
