Each month, our popular book club for adults reads a book set in a different state. This month, we will also be celebrating National Library Week as we discuss The Book Woman of Troublesome Creek by Kim Michele Richardson, set in Kentucky. Description: 1936. Tucked deep into the woods of Troublesome Creek, KY, lives blue-skinned Cussy Carter, the last living female of the rare Blue People ancestry.
The Library will open at 3 p.m. on Monday, February 24 and Tuesday, February 25, due to renovation work. We will close at our regular time of 9 p.m.
